Appointments & Product Returns //

Do you offer a guarantee on your products or services? //
We will extend to buyers of our professional products the liberty to return or exchange the product used if they are not satisfied.  Perms and colors are 100% guaranteed if treated in conjuction with appropriate care and use of our recommended professional products.  Any problems encountered with our services will be corrected without charge if we are notified within two weeks of your last visit to our salon.

 

What is your cancellation policy? //
Because your Salon and Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment for cancellation or rescheduling.  Any cancellation or rescheduling without 24 hour notice will result in our requiring your credit card to guarantee your next appointment.  If your appointment is guaranteed with your credit card and your cancellation or rescheduling request is not received by 24 hours in advance of your appointment we will charge 50% of the value of your scheduled service.  All no-shows will charge your card the full price of your scheduled service.

Are tips included in your pricing? //
Gratuities are not included in any of the services.

Are there any restrictions I need to be aware of? //
To provide for our client's best experience with us we ask that your cell phones are on silent and your calls remain private and that your children are able to sit quietly in our waiting area.  Thank you.

Do you offer gift certificates? //
Yes, we do.  Our gift certificates can be purchased in person or over the phone with a credit card.  In either case, we can U. S. mail the gift certificate directly to you or to the recipient at your request.
